If you have financed a vehicle under our affinity partnership schemes, different rules apply. You can settle your outstanding balance without penalty after 12 months.

We will provide you with a statement of your account, in each month there are transactions on your account. We may provide this to you in an electronic format or in the form of a paper statement – the Key Features Document will specify which.

If you applied for your account online you can log in to your online account. You will need your user ID, password and your memorable word.
